Terms and Conditions for Research Data Analysis Services

1. Scope of Services

   Research Data Analysis (RDA) provides analytical and advisory services to candidates pursuing or interested in pursuing a PhD, including academicians and small business firms. These services are aimed at assisting clients in achieving their research objectives and can be utilized for the fulfillment of academic degrees from recognized universities.

2. Consent and Academic Integrity

   By availing of RDA's services, clients give their consent for RDA to handle and prepare academic work. It is understood that these services are meant to support academic endeavors and do not guarantee the completion of any degree. The responsibility for degree completion lies solely with the respective university.

3. Customization and Revisions

   RDA will provide research and analytical work based on the client's synopsis or specific instructions. While minor revisions are accommodated, major revisions will only be provided once free of charge. Subsequent major revisions will incur additional charges.

4. Formatting Services

   Formatting of the final work according to university guidelines is the responsibility of the client. If the client opts for RDA to handle formatting, the associated charges will be borne by the client.

5. Payment Terms

   a. An initial payment of 50-60% of the total fee is required before the commencement of work.
   b. The remaining payment is due upon completion of 50-60% of the work, with documentation provided as proof.
   c. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or cessation of work. Any work provided up to the point of non-payment will be considered final.
   d. In case of non-payment of the remaining balance (50-30%), RDA reserves the right to use the provided work as deemed appropriate.

6. Liability

   RDA is not responsible for the final acceptance or rejection of the work by the client's university. All services are provided as support and advisory in nature.

7. Confidentiality

   RDA ensures the confidentiality of all client data and academic work. Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

8. Amendments

   RDA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, which will apply to all subsequent services provided.

9. Non-Refundable Payments

   All payments made for research data analysis services are strictly non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

10. Objective-Oriented Work

    Our services are designed to achieve specific objectives, such as the publication of research papers or meeting thesis requirements. We focus on delivering results based on these objectives rather than conforming to subjective preferences or aesthetic considerations.

11. No Customization for Personal Preference

    Clients are advised that our primary goal is to provide accurate and objective research solutions. Requests for changes based on personal preferences or subjective opinions about the appearance or presentation of the research will not be accommodated. We do not engage in "beautification" of research as per individual client views.

12. Customization Prior to Service

    Customization of services must be clearly defined and agreed upon before availing of our services. Clients should specify all required tests and assistance at the outset. Any additional tasks or changes requested after the commencement of work will not be accommodated unless previously agreed upon.

13. Additional Charges for Mid-Process Requests

    If additional tasks or changes are requested during the course of the project that were not included in the initial service agreement, the total service fee may be adjusted accordingly. The client will be informed of any additional charges before the extra work is undertaken.

14. Expert Time and Effort

    The expertise and time invested by our team of professionals in delivering research data analysis are invaluable and non-returnable. As such, no refunds will be issued, as it is not possible to return the time and effort expended by our experts.

By engaging with RDA's services, clients agree to the above terms and conditions, acknowledging their understanding and acceptance of the outlined provisions.
